Instructions for returning a product purchased from this website for credit, exchange or refund:

To return an item, please send the item securely wrapped (bubble wrap is ideal) to:
Cairn House, Suite 985, 228 Ayr Rd, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6UY, Scotland, UK  (no public access)
Please be sure to enclose your sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable) and a note outlining your requirements.

* For Cairn brand watch repairs, please read the note at the bottom of this page before you send us your watch.

Items returned for refund must be in resalable condition and must not have been adjusted or altered in any way, and must arrive within 90 days of the date on the receipt.

Please also enclose a note specifying the reason for the return.

*** If sending from overseas (outwith the United Kingdom) by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box marked "Sender Pays" as we will not accept any packages where duty or shipping charges must be paid.

When filling in the Customs form, you *must* add "PRODUCT FOR REPAIR" or we will be charged duty on the full value of the product which we will have to pass on to you before we can return it to you.
