If sending from overseas by a
carrier eg UPS or FedEx, please ensure you tick the "Sender
Pays" box as we cannot accept any packages where duty or shipping
charges must be paid.

Items returned must be in resalable
condition and must not have been adjusted or altered in any way.
You must enclose your
sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable),
and the item must
arrive
within 90 days
of the date on the receipt.
